  1. VETIVER WATER

Vetiver is known for its cooling properties, and for good reason. The water that uses vetiver (also known khus or khas khas) is easy to make by boiling the vetiver roots in water. Drink it once in the day, after filtering it properly. This detox water is perfect for weight loss, nerve relaxation, treats insomnia, cleanses skin, and is good for the liver too.

2. CINNAMON HONEY WATER
