  • Watch what/how you eat and drink
  • Regular exercise of at least 30 minutes
  • Stress levels under control
  • Get a sound sleep of at least 6-8 hours at night
  • Eat when your are hungry and eat small meals at regular intervals
  • The best time for the last meal of the day is on or before 7:00 pm

It is best to drink water when you are thirsty. If you feel you don’t feel thirsty enough, increase your physical activity.

If you do not have any disease condition that requires special diets, it is best to fix your lifestyle first and follow a sustainable normal diet to avoid regaining of weight that you loose.
